About Me
Hi, I’m Jannatul Firdosi, a yoga lover and lifelong learner walking the path of balance and peace. My yoga journey began during one of the most beautiful yet challenging times of my life, preparing to become a mother. Like many women, I faced changes in my body and emotions, but yoga became my healing space. It helped me find calm, strength, and self-love when I needed it most.
With guidance from Mr. Md Khairul Islam, I started practicing yoga not only for fitness but also for emotional grounding and mental clarity. My husband, Kh Golam Gous, a government employee and passionate sports lover, has been my biggest supporter and companion through it all.
Together, we founded Tune Healthy, a yoga platform built with love and purpose. Our amazing team includes yoga guru Mr. Pradut Mukharjee, health experts Dr. Abdus Sobur (MBBS, MD) and Dr. S.S. Rajput, and talented research writers Md Owayes Hossain, Sayed Rajibul Islam, and Md Wasim Parvez.
